- All the NBEMS accredited hospitals/institutes are required to submit the Joining/Non- Joining status of DNB/DrNB/FNB trainees, as soon as candidate reported to the institute after the allotment of seat during the centralized counseling for
admission session.
- Joining /Non-Joining status shall be submitted by the NBEMS accredited hospitals/institutes only through online facility available on the website. No other mode of submission of Joining /Non-Joining shall be accepted.
- The Joining /Non-Joining status of each DNB/DrNB/FNB candidate to be submitted separately.
- The scanned copy of Joining Report (Annexure-A) to be uploaded on the website either as jpg/jpeg or pdf format. The size of the file should not be more than 150 kB on a A4 paper size.
- The successful uploading of Joining /Non-Joining report shall be confirmed with the system generated email and an SMS.
- The Joining/Non-Joining status submitted through the online mode shall be final. The system will not be allowed to make any changes once the Joining/Non Joining report submitted by the institute.
- NBEMS accredited hospitals/institutes can submit other information such as Resignation, Discontinuation and Unauthorized absence of DNB/DrNB/FNB trainees through email-id counseling@natboard.edu.in.
